Gift for 5 Year Old Boy Who Has EVERYTHING?

I am looking for a Christmas gift for an almost 5 year old boy who has EVERYTHING. My cousin's wife buys her boys so much stuff they have every kind of toy imaginable. I ran a couple of ideas by her and he already had all the things I suggested. He is very physically active and into sports. He's never been very brainy or into books like my DS who is the same age. Any ideas? I really don't want to get a gift card or money.
