Is this gas?

Can gas cause lower back ache and slightly uncomfortable cramps? I have been extra gassy the passed couple days and when I woke up this am my back really hurt, I thought I slept wrong (and I probably could have) and then started getting cramps off and on..I feel better when I sit on the toilet (sorry tmi). So I'm hoping its just gas..

Also, I woke up early this am and I had to go potty, ds and dh had me swished in the middle of the bed so when I was getting up I felt like some pulled right near my uterus..it hurt pretty bad. Then cramps started within 10 minutes. Muscle?

I'm sure it is just gas. I am super gassy too and don't remember this with other pregnancies. Lots of uterus pains too over here especially when i go from làying to sitting up. Try to not focus on it and just enjoy growing bean! Of course, I'm preaching to myself too. Yesterday was such an awesome day for me. No m/s at all and i ate b, l, and dinner w/o puking. Plus, I felt so well that I deep cleaned my whole house! Afterwards, I started freaking out wondering why I felt so good.....was something wrong with baby? I idnt sleep at all last night worrying. Ultimately, we have to place baby in God's hands and trust.

Aw I'm glad yesterday was a good day for you! Yes that was the main thing I prayed about before we ate dinner. I'm going to be buying a Doppler from a local mom hopefully tomorrow so I hope that helps ease my mind!!
