I am migraine prone and do great with Scentsy. I have a migraine now from someone's cheap perfume I do OK with quality products though (Yankee, Scentsy, etc).

Re: Question for people who are senstive to scents-Scentsy?

My mom is really sensitive to odors as well. She just puts water an essential oils in her scentsy, it works just as well as is cheaper than the cubes! Scentsy is nice in the way that you can adjust the strongness by only doing 1 cube vs. 2 or 3.

Instant headache and, if I don't escape in time, sometimes an asthma attack

So it sounds like it varies a lot depending on the person. I guess it is worth a try. It is a little on the expensive side, but I would like my classroom to be a little nicer smelling.

If you know someone who is a rep...ask for samples!! My rep uses the new scents and makes a sample (about half a cube) to let you try.

I have big issues with some of their scents...the really sweet ones and the food scented ones give me an almost instant headache...but the cleaner smelling ones are great!!

I have major issues with scents and scentsy doesn't bother me at all.

I am generally sensitive to scents (only wear one type of natural perfume, only use unscented hand cream) and in general I am fine with Scentsy. There are only one of two scents that I have tried and haven't been able to tolerate.

Many Scentsy scents give me migraines. I've only been able to use Autumn Sunset, Pumpkin Marshmallow, and Christmas Cottage so far. All the year-round ones I've tried have given me headaches at best.

Also, two scents (Amalfi coast and emerald isle, I think), seemed like they would be fine when I sniffed the solid bar, but gave me migraines shortly after being warmed.

Well, I hope it works out for me. I just bought some things from you online! Looking forward to trying them out. But my dh told me "no food smelling things, I'll gain 20 pounds from wanting to eat all the time."
