here is my first attempt at making a pocket fitted. i am surprised how easy it was considering i dont sew. hand sewing was a pain because i used an old bath towel. the inner is flannel. i thought i could use it for night time. ill make one more then after that ill more then likely use just flannel or thinner dish towel material.

it does! i dont know how to thread a machine. i even have a machine in my closet but no one has been willing to teach me. it only took about 4 hours to make it fits alot like my kissa's fitteds. ill need to make the next one an inch bigger on the rise but oh well.

Great job! And kudos to you for handsewing it! I wish you lived by me because threading a machine is really pretty simple and I'd definately show you how! Maybe, you could try googling the instruction booklet for your machine (or even just a pic tutorial on how to thread a machine in general)-if you so feel inclined to.

That looks awesome. I like the color combo and putting dark on the inside is a great idea too.

I made a prefold diaper into a fitted using on online tutorial and that took a couple of hours, but I was pretty impressed at how trim it is.

Please watch a youtube video on how to thread your machine! It will take so much less time to thread a machine and sew a fitted than doing it by hand. I would not have the patience to do it by hand.... says the girl with too many sewing machines

thanks for all the support. ill google and youtube today. however i remember someone telling me i need something called a footer first :/ we shall see. btw the diaper lasted 4 hours last night before it leaked through the whisper pants. i think it would last longer in my flips though
