Update: Does this sound like a miscarriage?

Update. I started having a little bit more bright red bleeding (not enough to call a period), got a backache, some lower ab aching and a few min later I had passed a large clot. A half hour later I passed a second. No heavy bleeding or change in color, but I'm guessing this is the start. I took a preg test (guessing any pee is okay to use, no idea how far along I am), but test was neg. thanks for the support and positivity. I hoped my nausea and throwing up at breakfast was a good sign that things would be okay

The bleeding never picked up and after passing 3 clots yesterday, I expected the bleeding to get a lot worse. I woke up this morning and it totally stopped and I have lots of redish stretchy CM. I have no idea what 4 days of spotting means, but since I had a negative test, I'm assuming my body isn't finishing the miscarriage. My dad is leavin around 7, so I'm gonna head to the ER to see what the deal is. Any moms have anything similar?
