What to do? WAHM nearing 45 day paypal limit

I would still leave a feedback reflecting the transaction which is IMO netural. My best ASSumption is that this has happened to others and they loft positive because they got the refund and the item.

Don't feel bad, Kelsey. Anyone who knows you knows you aren't the type who is difficult to deal with or dramatic or anything like that.

It was in poor taste for her to send you a picture of her daughter. It was also irresponsible of her to continue taking orders and attempting transactions if in fact her daughter has been in a serious accident and she's dealing with it.

I understand life happens but take it as a sign to finish transactions or issue refunds, do NOT attempt to continue on with them and think it is acceptable because your child was injured. If its that serious, close up shop.

I know who this WAHM is and steer clear of doing business with her out of concern I'll encounter the same issues. I truly think more people need to leave honest feedback for her. She may not take people's money and run but even great WAHMs turn bad, what would stop one who's not exactly known for excellent communication and prompt shipping?

It's too bad that people don't leave more accurate/insightful feedback. It's this kind of stuff, and even more extreme things, that turn so many away from WAHMs

I agree with many of the other posters and I think I know who you are talking about as well as I've had a very similar experience with a WAHM who I believe is known for these issues. I'm still trying to figure out how many of her stories of why she's delayed are actually valid, it's hard to tell. If it is the same WAHM I never ended up with items and won't even buy her items used here on FSOT just because of how rude she was to me Don't feel badly, you did nothing wrong and she tried to guilt trip me too when I was in a similar situation to yours with her.

Everyone should contact mods. This way, if there is enough of you- they can help. Mods are here to help!!!! Pm one with your concerns so it can be noted in that WAHM's history.

I don't think she's on here if it's who I'm thinking of and since the transaction was on Etsy I don't think the Mods can do anything.

So, I get the item today. Wrong colors. Still nice and well made, but not what I asked for. I asked for one side dyed solid aqua, the other purple/aqua/turquoise. She dyed 1 side turquoise, and the other dark blue with a tiny bit of purple. Not impressed. I guess you win some, you loose some. It is cute still so I guess I don't mind keeping it, it's just annoying since I was very specific of the colors, I even sent a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted. I guess neutral feedback is in order.
