My Mood:
Nurse to sleep...

I need some help. My DS is 3 months old and we cosleep. He nurses to sleep, and sometimes will sleep deep enough that I can eventually take the nipple out of his mouth, but other nights he'll wake up the second it comes out, even if he isn't sucking.

This wouldn't be a problem if we weren't going away for a night at the end of August. I have no idea how he's going to sleep without me. We've tried a pacifier, and he usually just spits it back out.

Also, he's about 1/3 breastfed and the rest is formula due to the fact that I just don't have enough milk (we've tried EVERYTHING, trust me). But for the past few days, when it's time to eat, as soon as he starts nursing, he falls asleep!! I end up having to give him more formula than I should have to give him because he won't nurse long enough to actually get the little bit of milk that I DO have out. I really don't know what to do.
