im suffering through the same annoying thing and also stuffy ears. ugh. i've used or done nothing except the good old blowing the nose. i find myself doing this atleast every half hour. i dont believe or use any medicine (especially when pregnant) so i just suffer through it.

Ugh! Same here! I use saline nasal spray, Vicks liberally and a humidifier... And I fantasize about the day post baby that I can just pop a Sudafed lol!
