You can print a label from the usps site with the correct postage. It will say on the label "pfre" versus "fre" or something similar. So they know what rate you paid for even if actual postage amount isn't displayed.

Yep, on ebay the padded fre is a little bit more expensive but *i think* paypal hasn't updated for that option so it's the same rate. Either way my po hasn't caught on yet that pp didn't have that other option 2 weeks ago.

A pfre does cost more, but pp doesn't have an option for a pfre. Some people add a stamp to the package, but technically if the package is over a pound you cannot pay for postage with stamps (unless you hand deliver it to the PO and have them make another $0 stamp to say they have weighed it). Adding a stamp can get it sent back to you as well.
