Diaper Swappers

About 2 weeks ago I jumped on this minimalist board after lurking on and off for some time. I decided to take the plunge and man did I ever find a whole ton of things to get rid of. Fast forward to today and a HUGE garage sale here at my place and we actually sold darn near everything I had set out in just 6 hours ( I only have 4 small boxes to donate).

I advertised like nobody's business on Craigslist and made some fantastic signs and it worked. We made $1400 today and I still have a few diapers and covers to sell here on DS.

The best part is that I have SO much less crap to shuffle around the house/garage/attic now. Minimalism rocks.

Here is the kind of signs I used. I think they helped ALOT.

awesome! I made that much in a day with a g-sale here last summer...and it's awesome!

Wow, that's an awesome amount! Congrats. I wanted to have a garage sale before this baby arrived, but wasn't incredibly motivated. Now I want to have one ASAP!

Man alive.... I am tired. Rather than relaxing as planned I helped my husband install a new garage door opener and I had the girls help me clean the house. We now have a 2 car garage that can hold 2 cars rather than just 1 and barely at that.

Going minimalist was the BEST decision ever. It feels SOOO good to be free of stuff everywhere. I can focus in things that make me happy.
