I personally LOVE Oliver because I have an Oliver.

He's 2yo now and DH and I still remark to each other how much we like his name.

From your list, these are the ones I really like:
Ezra
Jude
Simon
Felix
Oliver
Leo
nicholas
theodore

I think Ezra, Simon, and Jude fit the best with the boys names you already have, if that's really important to you.

thank you! I think I really like Simon Nicholas, I just don't like Simon Cowell and wonder if that impacts how people see the name. I also don't want it to sound "nerdy"....wondering what others think when they hear this name?
