This is so distressing. My names are all over this!

My son Declan is 7. If I had known the name would become so popular, I would've never even dreamed of naming him that. It bothers me so much. But I still have to say that it fits him well.

Didn't see any of my kids names on there. And happy not to see our LOs name whos due in Feb. I do know a Lucy and Oliver born this year. It's funny how you can think a name is so unique and then see it on a list like this, lol!

Eloise and Henry Atticus; I mean they just aren't everyday names.

I agree, I don't know anyone with those names? In my opinion those lists could change but I have seen many of the names on DS:/

I have always wondered if name popularity varies by regions. I know very few children with any of those names.

Just to make you feel better... There are so many names used now, that even a top 10 name isn't likely to be super common anymore. Not like the days of Mikes and Sarah's and Jennifer's. As a teacher, Jacob is the only name we usually see more than one of in any class. There were 8 Josh's in my school of 250 my freshman year of hs. I think those days are mostly over.

Definately. You can look names up by state on the ss website. It's really interesting.
