Thanks for the link. I was able to get the manufacturer information from this and now have a replacement part number that I can use to try to order it. If that doesn't work, I will order through ebay.

I'm not finding any humor in this prank. It made me really sad seeing how hurt my elderly friend was because of this. I still think it's a mean thing to do to someone.

Not laughing at the situation of course; it happens a lot around here in our small town. Not just baby Jesus but all sorts of Christmas related things go missing. I don't know what the point is really. Sorry if I offended you

When the next person asks me if I've found Jesus I can say "sure, he is on eBay". LOL

This is very common, don't take it so personally. Chances are they have no idea how old she is, nor do they care because it's usually teenagers.

This is not the end of the world, it's not real, just a plastic mold. Yes it's unfortunate it was stolen, but worse things have been stolen. This is easily replaceable and not worth being this upset over IMHO.

Not offended. I'm just upset that this happened to my elderly friend. If they pulled a prank like this on me, it wouldn't be such a big deal.

Yeah, you are right. Time to order the replacement part on ebay and as a pp suggested, "Padlock that baby." I'm done venting. Thanks mamas at least for giving me an outlet to vent here
