Stevensmom makes wipes. I've got dozens from her that have held up very well and were a good price.

I got the Elis Wipe-Es on diaperswappers and I adore them. Such great quality. I got the velour/velour. All of my velour/velour wipes still look brand new after 2.5 years of being used and washed every other day. You can't go wrong with velour. Occasional hits of fabric softener and they stay soft and durable forever! So sturdy to wipe stuff, and soft. I HATE flannel - it gets crunchy and I always feel like I'm scraping dd's bottom when the flannel is wet. FSOT! I got 15 flannel/terry wipes for $7ppd, tons of life left. I think you can easily score for < $1 each.

i have some OBV/high end cotton wipes $5 for 9 and they last ages, I over did it on the sewing LOL
