Blisters?

It had hurt when my 10 mo old nurses for the last few days. She always nurses on the right first so that side gets more action since she always stimulates let-down on that side. It felt bruised the last few days and actually looked a but purple in one spot. She just got her top middle teethso I chalked it up to a weird latch . Now I've got a little blister on that nipple that bleeds when she nurses or I pump. Any idea what it could be?
