Re: Speaking of BabyLegs (Fit Question)...

How adorable-- and helpful! Wow, your babe has loads of hair, just like my DH did when he was a baby.

Re: Speaking of BabyLegs (Fit Question)...

My current LO actually can't wear babylegs at all. Her thighs got way too fat long before her legs have gotten anywhere near long enough for the OS. Huggalugs are much better for her because they're shorter and wider.

Re: Speaking of BabyLegs (Fit Question)...

I didn't have the newborn ones, but my babies always have big thighs, so I knew they wouldn't be used long around here. But if I was to have a winter baby I probably would have bought a pair or two just for those first few weeks.

Also, they shrink a lot. So just keep that in mind. If you want them smaller, wash and dry them on warm. But if you want to have them bigger, then wash on cold and hang dry. My babylegs vary by quite a few inches between the new ones and the washed and dried ones!

Re: Speaking of BabyLegs (Fit Question)...

After reading the last post about the Babylegs being different sizes, I went back and checked my My First Babylegs again. Two pairs are still a great fit on my DD at almost 14 lbs. It seems to me as if the organic pairs run smaller. The organic pairs have all been outgrown even though they were only used once or twice and washed cold and hung to dry. The pairs that are not organic were worn much more often and I bought them used so I don't know how they were washed before and they are bigger than the organic ones.
