Can you critique/offer any pointer on my birth plan please?

Kelsey is right, of course.

but, just so you're not discouraged - my hospital birth was wonderful and besides the emergency csection, things were going exactly how I wanted with my birth plan. This next hospital birth, I expect the same as well, because I've toured the facility and heard what they allow, encourage, etc.

but the other hospital I toured - while also good - was pretty adament that there would be no eating during labor other than clear liquids, so that stood out right away in your birth plan. So, I would expect that you've toured and talked to them by now, but there were some women in the tour on Monday that were due in January, so maybe not.
