DIY Babywearing Coat Challenge?

I can't afford the national brand babywearing coats, or even the awesome ones on Etsy. So I decided to make one. Here's a link to the tutorial:

That is pretty neet! I would think one without a hood would be nicer for baby, though.

I made this a few years ago, and it is great! Simple, as I am a beginner sewer, and I loved wearing my DD in it. I can't wait to use it again with my new little one coming in March. Good luck!

I have a heavier coat that is 2 sizes too big that I used as a maternity coat. It has a zipper off hood so I'll be using that. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
