Elastic and tabs are all good. The outer print is intensely faded, though, and feels a bit rough. All important parts seem to be just fine. Inner is still soft and diaper retains the gentle yet effective fit Softbums are known for. A great diaper to buy if you want to see how Softbums work/fit or for your lo to wear on wash day or under clothes/etc.
