Went to a Christmas party tonight, did ok. Mainly because the dessert table was cleaned out before I got there, lol.

I'm back down to 145.4 which is where I always get stuck.
I haven't been eating well. Its my biggest challenge trying to eat healthier than I do. And I don't drink enough water.

Re: The 25lb Challenge December thread
151.0, +1
I did a horrible job this week, zero effort ![]() I ate so bad, at times I ate things like cheese cake and bagels because it was in the office lunchroom---I didn't even want to eat it. I have major food issues. I did though manage to squeeze in two runs, better than my normal workout schedule which has been non-existent. I will do better this week!!!!

Sorry I haven't been around much guys! I'm still about 169 after Thanksgiving we had a round of a nasty cold and the baby has double ear infections and things are finally getting back to normal.....whatever that is! I don't think I will worry to much about my eating until after holidays are over...but I do plan on getting to the gym 3 times a week starting this week!

Re: The 25lb Challenge December thread
Glad to see so many people back in here! The more the merrier for sure. I am still at 144.6 today. So I gained like 0.3 lb, but nothing to be alarmed about. Not sure what is for dinner tonight. I have to go to Whole Foods to get a few things today, so I am sure it will be something from there. At least I know it will be healthy...LOL!
My size 10 clothing is being rehomed today. I put it up on Freecycle last night and it got a huge response. The lady who is taking it has also lost 48 lbs and needs new clothing, so I am glad to give it to her.

Great job everyone!
Kimmie that's so great!!! I have to get a few new clothes but not sure yet what to get. I have decided in moving 25 a week into my Paypal account so that when I reach the onederland I will have enough for a new wardrobe since I have been over 200 lbs for 10 years. I am very excited. I finally checked out the local gym and I love it. I have a free week and I can use the childcare during it. Tomorrow will be the real test on if it will work. It's all dependent in if DD2 will go into the daycare part of it!! Wish us luck!

I think I do better with a video of real people.

I'm on day 5 of absolutely no grain. It's so much easier than I expected it to be. I'm eating way less, and hire quality food. I'm not nearly as hungry as I was before either. So far I'm really encouraged.
my favorite food ever. I didn't eat a crumb.
