Re: What is your homeschool teaching style?

I'm right where I thought I'd be with mostly "E's": Eclectic Homeschooler. That definitely fits us completely.

i'm mostly Classic HS. it was pretty obvious, though, which answers went with which HS styles.

True, but I'll be honest and say I was scratching my head at first because I fit all the answers on most of the questions. It made sense as I realized that I'm considered eclectic.

Re: What is your homeschool teaching style?

Eclectic all the way. DD1 is nearing high school so we are more structured, and I like having books as the core, but I want to give her time to play with her sister and explore as she sees fit also. I wish we got outside more to explore, but it seems like neither of us know exactly what to do when we are out there. :P

I see DD2 having more of a Charlotte Mason approach in the younger years, though I LOVE the classical books and the standard it sets. I'm so torn!

Thanks OP. I enjoyed the quiz.
This pretty much sums us up as well.

High five! That's how I am and was as a student. It's why I wanted to be a teacher in college but decided I'd rather stay home and home school. My DD1 doesn't officially start stuff until March but she loves it this way so far with the little stuff we do here and there.
