Has anyone had their tubes tied and had ablation?

Title says it all? I am preggo with my last baby (#4) and I have always had terrible periods. I actually want a partial hysterectomy but I don't think my doctor will do it. I have c-sections so I wouldn't have an extra surgery. The alternative is to have a tubal with ablation later on after healing from the c-section. My question is, has anyone here had this done? What can you tell me about your experience? Thanks in advance!

I haven't done this but talked to my doctor about it. I also have terrible periods and he told me he does not recommend having a tubal. He said that it will make things worse than they are and I don't think I can handle that. I will be getting the mirena as that makes my periods pretty much non existent and I feel so much better. Hubby is getting a vasectomy
