Diaper Swappers

I'm looking for something that would be safe for me (30 wks preggo with underlying high BP), hubby and our just turned 2 year old. Any suggestions? We have family visiting for Christmas, attend church with other runny nosed toddlers, and would love to stay healthy through the holidays, and ever after! thanks

I've been told elderberry syrup. Going to try it myself as we have all been horribly sick lately!

For the 2 year old and hubby I would give probiotics

can get them at a health food store not sure what's safe during pregnancy
