Ug...i have been trying to chug a 5oz cup of water every 30 mins, which will get me to half my body weight in oz over the course of today.....thats alot of freaking water! I feel like im swimming!

I havent eaten much, but what i have eaten today was high cal, high fat crap.....fettuccine alfredo (leftovers from yest...it was kates bday request).....gluten free pretzels, and cake. Oh and i had a banana this am.....hows that for a balanced diet today?! Lol!

So I was doing research. I found that with my hypothyroidism I need to net 1200 calories a day! That's a whole lot more then I was! I have adjusted my MFP to allow this to happen so we will see.

Hey ladies I totally forgot to weigh in Friday! I have been lurking but not posting much. I really have to focus this week because we played tourist in our own city this past weekend and we ended up eating out alot. It was so fun. We rode the train (Amtrak) into the city and saw Santa, went ice skating, shopping, stayed in a hotel ect. It was so much fun but I didn't diet all weekend. Eeeek! Scared of the scale this week.

You might be shocked. If you played you rest you burned a lot of calories too.

I am 139.6 today!!!! I cannot believe I am a lb away from my pre-preggo weight with DS2!! I have not seen this weight since I was TTCing him.
