DryBees Fleece Overnight pocket if you can find one! Stuff it with lots of absorbent stuff. I liked the SuperDo insert by Knickernappies inside it with a hemp doubler inside the SuperDo (it has an opening).

Re: Tell me about overnight solution for toddler

What we're doing is two GMD large UB flats with a large Thirsties hemp insert under a Disana wool soaker. I fold one flat like a prefold, lay the hemp insert on top of that, then padfold the other flat and lay it on top of the hemp and fasten it all on with Boingo's. My DD will be 18 months in a couple of days.

Re: Tell me about overnight solution for toddler

My 21 month old still wakes every 1.5-3 hrs a night to nurse, so he's a wetter... but I have had the most success with just a bummis prefold tri-folded and folded down at the top for boy target zone (and he's short) covered with a three layer fleece cover I made from cutting a pattern of our bummis cover. The other night, I went to bed with a headache and daddy put him to bed in a fitted I made from a bummis prefold and just a pair of fleece shorties........... Wet bed and ME at 5am!

Re: Tell me about overnight solution for toddler

2 flats folded this way, inside a Flip cover.

I used to stick hemp doublers in with a flat, but then another mama taught me this, and it absorbs more while being very trim.

(I use GMD size small flats).

Plus, the flats don't get as stinky as other things do, when they're a toddler overnight diaper.

Interesting....this is 1 flat folded, right? No added doublers for a toddler?

The last time I talked to Lisa, their owner, she was on hiatus but has big plans for 2013! I don't think anything is currently in production, but I could sell ya one of ours to let you see if you like it. Small, medium, or large? I will find one with the best-condition h&l I can! My mediums aren't in the best shape because they've been used for the longest by both of my kids.

Could your pockets be wicking? That's the problem I've had almost every time I've tried a pocket at night. A padfolded flat in a Flip usually works for us. DD is staying dry most nights now but when she wasn't I would use a 6 layer flannel doubler as well and never had a leak with that combo.

Re: Tell me about overnight solution for toddler

Just wanted to add that last night most of our normal overnight diapers were on the wash so I did two padfolded flats with one hemp doubler in a flip cover and it worked great!
