Best carrier oil?

I'm looking at making a cherry or a vanilla sugar scrub, what would be the best carrier oil for both?

olive oil recipe

I am using this recipe not sure if it would work for you, it's a salt scrub, but you could try it.

Re: Best carrier oil?

I would think coconut oil would be good for a scrub, but as I've not made one, I don't know for sure.

If you want creamy then I agree with coconut otherwise I would use sweet almond. EVOO is great but it has a very strong scent and that can be overpowering.

Coconut definitely, the next thing to that would be grapeseed oil.

I like olive oil or jojoba. DD is allergic to coconut, but she tested below levels a few weeks ago. She goes in for a food challenge next month. If she passes I will enter the coconut world for the first time- kind of excited.
