Baby #2 and registry

My mom is having a baby shower for me and this is my 4th. 2nd boy and my oldest is the boy getting ready to turn 9. I just did my registry last week and it included: a couple bottles, breast milk storage containers, nursing bras/ tanks, towels, washcloths, laundry hamper, clothes, crib set, playpen sheets, changing pad cover, baby wash, a couple toys, blankets, bibs, baby food storage trays, and a bath toy. My husband and I decided were going to buy a bath, swing, double stroller, and maybe a bassinet second hand. I've heard of the book idea before and that sounds great if you really feel you don't need anything for baby or maybe a diaper shower( if your doing cloth recommend brands and stores).
