As a buyer, you can't receive negative feedback from a seller. If the seller uses ebay's automated return process, then you can select the reason for return is item not as described and be able to print a return label from home and have it be charged to the seller's account.

Not true. This depends on how the seller has it set up. If the seller has their returns set up to come out of their account, yes. But if the seller has returns set up as buyer pays return shipping, then no.

However, as someone else mentioned, sometimes ebay will do a courtesy and cover shipping back.

Very honestly she sounds like a mess and it is $3. I understand wanting what you paid for but this seems like it is already waisted more time than it should. Gas to go to the store to buy more logos will be way more than $3. Do you think your son won't enjoy the gift if it is 60 short? With everything going on right now it just seems like such a waste of time and energy for 60 legos.
