Christmas breakfast casserole?

I'm having a hard time finding a yummy Christmas breakfast casserole recipe. I would like one that I can put together the night before, includes eggs, cheese, bread and bacon or sausage. Bonus points if it includes spinach, onions, mushrooms or other veggies Most recipes include ham and/or potatoes which I'd like to avoid since we'll be eating those in our Christmas dinner.
Anyone have a recipe they'd like to share?

You could use one that calls for ham and substitute sausage for the ham and use mushrooms spinach and onions instead of potatoes, veggies can also be added even if they are not in the recipe.
