yes natural/plain yogurt eaten or put inside will work. it has live bacteria that will eat the bad bacteria.
in essence its probiotics
you can also take the pills and it will clear in days but get it cleared before baby is born or you may get thrush in baby.
if its not cleared naturally quick go with monistat

Thanks for all this info... so how would I apply the GSE? How much do I mix and do I put it inside me?...or just on the outside down there? These last couple of days I have been feeling like I may have some yeast coming on down there
