Thank you both for the reassurance. I have had episodes of vomiting and constipation and last week was really rough. That's part of what is freaking me out - I'm not nearly as nauseous this past couple days. I am more tired than last week, though. It seems like the nausea is definitely better and worse, always ebbing and flowing though.

Oh, forgot to mention.. My spotting might have been from the placenta moving. DD's placenta was really low.
No spotting this time, but the placenta is up top this time.

Pelvic rest is a good idea, at least until you have more of an idea what is causing the spotting.
Brown is good - means it's old and not fresh blood. But any spotting or bleeding, regardless of color, is worrisome in pregnancy. and
