Leftover turkey recipes

I need some ideas and I'm sure others will need some too. I have a TON of leftover turkey!

I figure if you can make it with chicken you can make it with turkey. Turkey pot pie. Turkey noodle soup. Turkey roll ups. Etc...

Re: Leftover turkey recipes

My family loves turkey tot casserole -- just like tater tot casserole, but with turkey. Since the turkey is already cooked, I don't melt the cheese and everything together first, just layer it. A layer of tater tots, then a layer of shredded turkey, then a layer of cream of mushroom soup spread over, then a layer of small pieces of velveeta cheese, then one more layer of tater tots. Heat it till the cheese bubbles. We also do a lot of turkey noodle soup -- turkey, carrots, celery, noodles, and broth.
