Thirsties size question

I have a few of the duo wraps size one that I really liked for my son, I have stopped using them and gone to my flips because they felt tight around his thighs. I need to get a few more AIOs or pockets so I was thinking thirsties brand, but am wondering if I could get away with a size two. My little guy is 14lbs @ 5 months.

I would just get one to try on first. It will probably be a little big in the rise, etc., but will probably work.

I have thirsties duo aio for my 5 month 13 lber. I have both size 1 and 2 and DD can wear them both right now. Definitely go with the size 2.

Yep, he should be able to wear a size 2.

I really liked the duo aio and the size 1 quit fitting my lo around 15lbs I think maybe before that but she has chunky thighs. I would go with size 2

Yes, get a size two! Based on my experiences with Thirsties, we've been using them since October 2009 and have used all of their current diapers, they run small. Size up and/or use all the measurements, not just weight, to determine size. Definitely size up with their AIOs. From what I remember their Duo diapers were one of the more "normally" sized diapers (don't run as small) but I'd still suggest sizing up to a size 2.
