How to post pictures with Photobucket (step by step w/ pics*heavy*)

where are all the pics?? i see these photobucket icons with missing pics everywhere - including this tutorial. when i click on one & it goes to photobucket, it says that photobucket is having some issues. is there another way to post pics?

Just trying to help with clean up. This post needs edited. I came here for help uploading pictures and it appears not only do the screenshots in the OP not show up but photobucket has now changed and does not allow you to select an upload size.
