How would you organize this?

I have a half dozen or so large flat items in our playroom. They are too wide to fit in our cubby shelf. I could buy a bigger bookshelf but they don't stack easily, plus whenever the kids go to pull out one they'd pull them all. I have them sorta stacked in a corner now but since the kids can't see them, they forget about them and don't pull them out. Its stuff like the m&d latch board, cookie sheet with magnetic ABC, gear board, imaginets, etc. I've thought about a rain gutter shelf so the front of each board is displayed. Thoughts?

I've done that before. It's not my preferred solution but it does work. Its not 'neat' but could probably work short term.

I've also thought about buying a bookcase that has adjustable shelves and buying/making the hardware to install extra shelves so that there's a shelf every few inches, too. We have a bunch of puzzles that do fit into the cubby, but again, they pull them all out because the knobs catch on each other since I have about 6 stacked together in the cubby.

Would they fit on a puzzle rack? We had things like you: puzzles, dress up dolls, flat games. We stacked them a few high, then put an add-a-shelf above them and stacked a few more on top of that.
