Re: Getting Baby to STTN

i havent read much of the op comments but up until last night my son was waking four times every night. until his teeth came in and it was every 30 minutes for 3 weeks. we co slept to help us all get more sleep. after sobbing in my morning cereal and feeling like total crap on top of realising that he had his first tooth dh and i decided to give him a nice full bottle of expressed bm right before bed. we were also letting him cry it out for 5-10 minutes each night for about a week then would rock him in his pack n play to sleep. after the nice full bottle and no more teething problems he slept from 9pm- 5 am. nursed at 5am then slept until 8am. i woke up at 1am to pump so i have another bottle to offer him tonight.

so far it seems to be a very gradual process to avoid extreme discomfort on both ends. good luck and i hope you find something that works
