Grovia AIO with wear holes at elastic...

What are they worth? I have a local mama trying to sell me some...but I've never used them and I'm not sure what effect the holes near the elastic would have on the use of the diaper. I also have no idea what they would be worth...any thoughts??

Here is a picture of the worst one.

Re: Grovia AIO with wear holes at elastic...

Have you ever used BGE's? The wear holes are the same with them, the organic cotton wears out eventually, but they don't render it unusable or worthless by any means. My daughter had a dozen AIOs, when we moved they were the only diapers we took back to the states with us, she didn't potty train until 6 months later, so part of a big rotation for 9 months, then a VERY small rotation for 6 months. Our wear holes were not that bad yet, and I sold them for $8 per diaper when I was done. However, I have never seen a price below $10 on the GroVia BST group, but that would include shipping.

That doesn't look bad for organic cotton. It's only through the first layer, you should be able to get a couple more years out of them if the wear doesn't bother you. Not sure on the value though. I've not bought many GroVia products.

She's asking $14 each or $11 each if I buy all 3...would I get my money back if I don't like them??

** not really expecting an answer just wondering to myself.

I dunno that seems a little steep to me...Because of all the sales I've seen euc go for 15ppd so they are only making like 12-13 and those are in perfect condition

I kind of thought the same. Especially since she isn't factoring in shipping.

Yup! Or PayPal fees. Have you looked on Facebook at the swaps at all? You may be better off trying one in euc then if u don't like it u won't be out as much and u could get more of ur money back. I got three and regretted it as th fit was really off for us, but I do know there are lots who love them!

Thanks guys. I passed on them. Around here there's rarely anything local so it's always worth looking into.
