Question Round two of tamales, need pot recommendations

So last week I made my first batch of tamales, but I did not have a proper pot for making them and had to use 2 pots, a small pot I had on hand with a steamer top to it and also used a large rice cooker with the plastic steamer basket on top.

I did have a amazing first batch, they were roasted poblano/corn tamales, but now I am anxious to find a good large pot and steamer insert, at least 15 quarts I guess. I have two tamales left, my first batch made about 20 large tamales.

What pots have you used for making tamales? I would love to avoid aluminum pots and inserts, but they seem the most popular. I am thinking stainless steel is the way to go and may have to buy the insert separate from the pot and that's ok.
