Re: Let me see your meal plan

I need to go shopping tomorrow/Saturday so I'm not sure right now. Yesterday was minestrone soup, today was minestrone for lunch and Jimmy John's for dinner. Tomorrow is Sweet & sour chicken in crockpot.

I don't know what else...
We did sesame chicken earlier this week.

Ham and navy beans with crusty bread
Chicken, rice, and mushroom sauce
Black bean and sweet potato enchiladas
Whole roasted chicken, potatoes, and side salad

Did I misspell it? They are long rolls that have been toasted and topped with some red sauce, then topped with my homemade meatballs warmed and sliced in half, which is then topped with mozzarella cheese and run under the broiler briefly. I remember they were sometimes called meatball parmiagiana sandwiches.

"Heroes" aren't called heroes everywhere. In the NW, we call them subs. Sometimes they're called grinders or hoagies in other areas. I think some people aren't familiar with all the other names.

Like soda & pop. I think they call them subs in Buffalo too. I'm a NYC transplant.
