Thanks! I almost feel like I just drink all day and forget to eat and by 6 or 7pm my belly is growling so loud. I know its not healthy. Even after eating dinner I'm still hungry?

I do the same thing. I forget to eat lunch and have to be sure to eat a good dinner to make up for it. Today I remembered to eat lunch so had a smaller dinner.

I had to give up dairy when I was nursing my LO. It was hard, but now I don't miss it. I don't think I can give up sugar cold turkey though. I find allowing myself a little here and there has been very successful!

I also had to give up dairy with one of my nurslings too. It nearly killed me with my cheese addiction....LOL! I am good now and do not crave it like I used to, but I miss it. I gain horribly with cheese.

I know. I just want it to come off overnight even though it didn't all go on overnight.

That's great the soda addiction is the hardest I think to give up. I now when I have to go out to eat or even grab fast food out ask for water even with my Arby's meal the other day.

Ok so I have to admit something.

I normally weigh in first thing in the morning. I decide if I'm holding water on whether or not o can easily get my wedding ring on and off. Well lately I have noticed it is way easier to get my ring off in the evenings.

This afternoon around 1:30pm I weighed 231 lbs and tonight I weight 229.7 lbs. I think I'm going to start weighing in at night.

Does anyone else find this to happen to them too?

I have never weighed at night due to my scale being upstairs. I never go there till bed and am holding the baby then.
