Breastmilk Yogurt?

Well I've made it twice now with different starters, it never quite thickens up to the consistency of yogurt (more like a kefir). I thicken it for serving with just a touch of oatmeal cereal. It smells really tart and she makes a puckering face while eating it, but seems to like it :-)
