I got down to 136.9 today. I hope I am on a down ward spiral and not going to gain it all back again. I seem to like to go back up to 138 and have to relose it all.

I got impatient and weighed myself today. I was 144.6 (down from 146.0). Glad to see the scale moving!

I was bad, bad, bad, bad last night!!!! I went out and had 4 cranberry vodkas. Bad. I entered the calories this morning and it was SO NOT worth it!

Drink it with sparkling or soda water, less calories and does not put on the weight. I gain each time I drink. It is a rule. The only thing I can drink without gaining and still lose is 1/2 cal vodka and soda/sparkling water.

this is part of the reason why I learned to love my vodka either neat or on the rocks with a little lemon. But I just love the taste of vodka. any other liquor needs to be mixed or chased with something that doesn't taste horrid
