CD detergetent??

I have been making my own CD detergent for a while now due to my kids supersensitive skin and the fact that we have hard water. I am thinking of making it to sell. Do you think that there is an interest out there for this product? It is compatable with all CD brands (except wool because I have no idea how that works), and natural. Please give me any and all thoughts !

If it is compatible with HE washers I would be interested.

The CD (HE friendly) detergent I make has a HUGE following, so I'd say there's interest out there. As long as it doesn't contain soap or borax, I'd say people will want to try it. Never hurts to give it a shot!

I'd be interested if it's not super-expensive!

Re: CD detergetent??

The trick would be keeping the price low enough even after shipping to make it competitive but still make a profit. Shipping could get pricey.

I would be interested if there was no borax or soap involved. I have been looking into making my own detergent as well because CD detergent is pricey!

Sounds like a great idea. I'm new to CD but have been doing lots of research. Based on what I have read, the only thing I would be weary of is the fact that many CD brands will not follow through with warranty issues if the diapers are not washed in certain detergents. Again, I'm new, so I'm not sure if this is a real concern, but it is something to keep in mind.
