Well I've made it twice now with different starters, it never quite thickens up to the consistency of yogurt (more like a kefir). I thicken it for serving with just a touch of oatmeal cereal. It smells really tart and she makes a puckering face while eating it, but seems to like it :-)

goats milk is most similar to human milk and you should be able to find goats milk yogurt pretty easily. Just incase you wanted another option. I am definitley going to try to make some breast milk yogurt though!
