Hi all...I am finding it hard to keep up with you all!

Today is going to be tough because I am home with my youngest which means the kitchen is right there. Going to try really hard to stay on track. Got on the scale today and the number was down but not going to post until my official weigh in on Sunday (which will most likely be high due to AF).

Even mommy moment but I planned my day to stay home with the sick one around my running. MIL kept her yesterday and I was able to squeeze in 3 miles and then dh has his turn tomorrow if necessary so I can stay on track with my running. Just bummed I won't get to at least walk today. It was easier when they were in strollers, I could just bundle them up and go.

Issacmom: keep up the good work. You'll see those 180's in no time!

kimmie: don't worry about the little daily fluctuations - they are enough to drive you nuts. Its the long term that matters. Stay within calories and it will come off.

phsycomom: sorry you had such a rough day at work. Hope today is better!
