I haven't read the replies but I live in canada where there is lots of mud, dirt and snow. My 3.5 year old is RF and when we get to the car I pick him up? Pull off his boots / shoes and then put him in his seat and his boots go on the floor u til we get out again.

Maybe a pet seat protector? I had one for my car (prekids when doggies got to be in back seat). It was thin quilted nylon and attached with thin elastic around the head rests and seat back. It seems like you could fold the part meant to protect the seat base or cut it off. If you have Latch seats it shouldn't interfere with anything.

I think I bought it at dr foster pet. com (??)

Re: Do they make something...

I just covered the back of my captains chair with a piece of fleece, just cut two holes and put the headrest back on, through them.

Re: Do they make something...

I JUST figured this out yesterday. I cleaned out the backseat and it was just so gross! So, I found an old (thicker) baby blanket and just tucked it tightly into the seat. Our seats fold down so there is a crease to tuck into. Looks great, hope it holds up. Haven't ridden with it yet.
