Well the 4 year old I was speaking of is no longer coming to us

But a couple hours later we got another call. This will be a 4 year old AND a 20 month old. So thank you ladies this will still be helpful. I am hoping these two might come with some things but at least this will help me gauge what is still needed

If you aren't sure of their sizes, you could buy one or two outfits in estimated sizes. Once they arrive, you can take them shopping (might be a pain) but it will make it feel more "real" to them that you care about them.
