Getting Mirena IUD out

Yes I got it done yesterday actually. I was supposed to get it out the week before but they delayed it to make sure there were not any infections. It was only painful for the second that it was actually taken out. So far very little bleeding and slight cramps yesterday afterwords. Im glad its out, because it always makes me nervous when I hear of someone else that had complications. Now I'm on birth control pills for a few more months until we actually buy a house then can try for another. Im nervous taking pills because I always react different than they say with weight gain, mood swings, and periods. Ughhh lets hope this actually works good for now!
