Etsy FB

So I ordered a custom shirt for my Dad from Etsy for Christmas. First I got the wrong color shirt, I messaged the seller, she said she was sorry but that she couldn't get me the correct one in time for Christmas and 'I hope your ok with keeping it'. Well I wasn't, and messaged her that I wanted to either exchange or return it. She said she'd send the correct one and a prepaid envelope to send back the wrong one. Ok, he won't get it on Christmas but he'll understand. Saturday I got the replacement shirt, this time it's the wrong design in the right color. I message her again, she says she's so sorry and again will send the correct shirt with an envelope to send the shirt back.
Would it be ok to leave neutral feedback? I understand making a mistake, but 2 mistakes now I'm getting the shirt almost a month later then I should have. I've made A LOT of purchases on Etsy and have never left anything but positive feedback so just making sure I'm not over reacting.

I would leave neutral with the story. She made it right but future buyers should know what happened. I am kind of hating the 'positive feedback only' vibe that has taken over the internet. I read feedback to know what is really going on, not just the good stuff. I know its hard but I feel like when we deal with 'real people' etsy, DS, fb, even some ebay, no one wants to be the bad guy but that just leaves bad sellers getting away with everything.

Re: Etsy FB

before you leave feedback make sure you actually end up with the right shirt. Bc it could go from neutral to negative
