Today was a loooong day. After DD's gymnastics we went to my ILs house for a baby shower. We were there from 12:30 to 6. I didn't get a chance to lift today, and I ate the food there, which of course wasn't entirely clean. I did skip dessert, and didnt eat too much. Hopefully I won't go up in weight too much.

Everyone is doing so well! I weighed on Friday and was up 1.5 lbs. It's so frustrating!!! I go to bed hungry almost every night! I'm doing MFP and eating very healthy.

What's your user name on MFP again and I'll take a peek at your diary if its open. Also are you drinking enough water? That really does make a big difference. When I finally reached 10-12 cups a day that's when I started losing the weight.

Thanks. I had my trainer check it out too and she didn't seem to think it was bad. I drink a lot of water. I drink at least 64 oz of water at work and then another 30-40 oz when I get home. My MFP name is punksalad. I will try to go in and make it open.

Your stomach will shrink too over time and you will not be hungry. I eat less in the AM and more in the evening to stop night time hunger but only take in the food I can for the day. HIgh protein snacks like nuts and beef jerky will help. Beef jerky is VERY good as it is low cal and heartly in the tummy.

Oh forgot to add I lost most of the cheese and sushi weight and even had the same last night. I am back down to 132.9 today. I am going to drink a ton more water today and flush the rest out hopefully.
